MacMillan, CD. “Robert was a former Director of the National Gallery and a great supporter of the Gallery and of Jamaican art.” stated the Chairman, Senator the Honourable Tom Tavares-Finson, “He was also a wonderful character who will be missed by all who knew him and all our thoughts are with his family.”
